General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made via the website printit.nu (“Website”). By completing a purchase on the Website, you agree to these Terms.
Our company, Printit.nu, is registered in Sweden with company registration number 559234-8790.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product(s).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at admin@printit.nu within the withdrawal period.
You can also use the Consumer Agency’s standard withdrawal form available here.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days of notification. We recommend using the original packaging to avoid damage or loss during return shipping. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by careless handling during the return.
If you want to extend your return period with an additional 46 days (total 60 days), you must comply with the same rules for condition and packaging as stated in section 7.2.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned product or you have provided proof of shipment, we will process your refund within 14 days via the payment method used during purchase.
Shipping costs paid during purchase are non-refundable when returning the entire order or part of it.
Complaints / Warranty
If there is a defect in your product, you have the right to make a complaint under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from when you noticed the defect and no later than three years from delivery.
Contact our customer service at admin@printit.nu to make a complaint.
If your complaint is valid, we will repair or replace the product, or provide a price reduction or refund according to law.
We reserve the right to reject complaints if the product is not defective under applicable law.

If you send back a defective product without prior contact, it will be handled as a standard return according to our regular return policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website.
Your continued use of the Website after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
