3D PRINT FILE for ventilation window VW T6.1

Note: This listing is for a private-use license for 3D files (not physical products). The ventilation window is designed to fit the VW T6.1 with the original sliding window. It locks easily into the half-open position.

TO REPEAT: This is a digital file intended for 3D printing, not a physical item.

The download includes prepared build files with supports, reinforcements, and an integrated mosquito net already added. A version without the mosquito net is also included.

We have successfully printed many copies in PETG using Bambu P1S and Creality K1 Max printers. Each side requires about 280 g of material. The largest part measures approximately 127 × 222 × 36 mm, which fits in most printers.

This model fits only original windows. The window opening must be approximately 42 cm high. It is NOT compatible with aftermarket windows.

This version has been developed and tested over many months and prototypes. It is very easy to print, and we’ve included files that can be printed directly on your Bambu P1S. The chosen material profile is Addnorth PETG, but Bambu PETG HF, Extrudr PETG, or equivalent materials work just as well. If you use a different material, you may need to adjust the material profile.

A private-use license (see the included license file) is provided, allowing you to 3D print the parts for personal use only. You may not share or upload the files, and you may not sell printed parts unless you have an active subscription to our Patreon.
